| Kharkiv Lifting and transporting equipment plant was a participant of Nuclear Industry exhibition "Atomex 2009". Participants of the exhibition were able to see nomenclature of material handling equipment, produced by "HZ PHE" LLC and Dvesta LLC. We got negotiations with representatives of the State Corporation "Rosatom" about supplying of overhead cranes, hoists, and electric current electric crane for construction of new plants in Russia. Since third quarter of 2009 year "HZ PHE" LLC started production of double-i-beam overhead cranes KMT series with capacity from 2 to 25 tones. WE alone produced hoists, with used as lifting device in this cranes. These cranes are cheaper than cranes with classic composition of trolley under the same duty (А2 - А5). And this is really important for customers. |

KMT series cranes used for repairing and installation works. Crane wheels with diameter from 250mm to 500mm are installed in the upper parts boring.
Gear motors both domestic and foreign production is using as a drive mechanism.
Trolley is a welded frame with the installed one or two serviced from the sites of metal hoists.

Square 50x50 is using as a rail. Gear motors both domestic and foreign production is using as a moving mechanism. The crane is equipped with a platform by the mechanism of movement of the crane to install electric equipment and two service platform idle wheels. The main beam is detachable from the terminal through bolting and special pins. You can choose the control system of electric. It can be frequency regulation, soft start on the mechanisms of movement, direct start through resistors. Hoist is a welded frame, which there is a drum with a three-stage planetary gear inside. Motor (single or double-speed) is mounting by the flange body. Rope packed in twofold or fourfold tackles depending on the capacity. The free end of the rope attached to the body through the hoist load indicator.

On the eve of the New Year in spite of economic crisis we are glad to inform you about two welcome news.A new two-floors canteen with comfortable spacious halls was opened on the territory of the plant, where you can have a tasty lunch, on the first floor you can have a banquet or celebrate anniversary. |
Varnish-and-paint shop with total area of 4140 m2 was constructed. Two bridge cranes with hoisting capacity of 50/20 t were installed in the shop. Floor in the shop is made of fibrous concrete. Railway lines are built to the shop. Areas (foundations) for installation of purchased shot blasting machine (manufactured in Slovenia) and varnish-and-paint chamber are prepared in the shop building, their putting into operation is planned in the II-nd quarter 2009. |
The pratsen-crane with hoisting capacity of 16 t was put into operation at the Steel-rolling Shop Public Corporation “Uralskaya Stal”, City of Novotroitsk, with the company “Dvesta” together. In 2006 Limited Liability Company "Kharkov Lifting and Transportation Equipment Plant" in cooperation with Dvesta, Ltd. (a member INTERPODYOMTRANSMASH Corporation), Minsk, Belarus, has manufactured for Nizhniye Sergi Hardware & Metallurgical Plant (Nizhniye Sergi, Sverdlovsk Region, Russia) five overhead traveling magnetic cranes with load capacity of 20 t, span of 33.5 m, lifting height of 16 m, A7 operation mode for unloading of scrap metal in the operating zone of ЭСПЦ-2 arc steel-smelting furnace. The crane is provided with state-of-the-art control systems and ТЄДФ electric drives designed on the basis of modern Mitsubishi Electric frequency converters with the use of Mitsubishi MELSEC FX2N industrial controller and Mitsubishi F940GOT operator's panels, as well as with a system for control of magnets having backup supply battery, to hold the lifted load for a time up to 30 minutes in case of emergency power supply interruptions. The cranes are put into operation in December of 2006. |
In 2006 Limited Liability Company "Kharkov Lifting and Transportation Equipment Plant" in cooperation with Joint Stock Company "SIS Engineering", Joint Venture, Minsk, Belarus, has manufactured for Nizhniye Sergi Hardware & Metallurgical Plant (Nizhniye Sergi, Sverdlovsk Region, Russia) a special electric overhead traveling crane with load capacity of 150+10 t, span of 21.5 m, lifting height of 15/18 m, A7 operation mode for transportation of scrap in the operating zone of ЭСПЦ-2 arc steel-smelting furnace. The crane is provided with state-of-the-art control systems and electric drives. The electric drive system uses Siemens frequency converters and controllers. The crane travel mechanisms use gear motors manufactured by SEW-EURODRIVE. The crane is put into operation in November of 2006. |
| Kharkov lifting and transportation equipment plant in cooperation with the State Design Institute "Prommekhanizatsiya" (Kharkov) has designed and started the production of pratzencranes (cranes with revolving trolley) - the КМ1648.00.000Д. type special-purpose magnetic cranes with grabs, with load capacity of 16 tons for using in metallurgy. |

Kharkov lifting and transportation equipment plant has successfully tested a new non-contact control unit for electrical equipment of hoisting machines in explosion-proof version based on optical thyristor modules for explosive mixture of the IIC category, T5 mixture group. |
| Kharkov lifting and transportation equipment plant has designed and now produces new electric hoists with load capacity of 5 tons with transversal location of the lifting mechanism and enlarged working area (by height), electric hoists with load capacity of 10 tons in explosion-proof version, electric hoists with load capacity of 3.2 and 10 tons and with lift of 50 m. |  |
| Kharkov lifting and transportation equipment plant is capable of supplying hoisting and conveying machines with state-of-the-art electrical equipment: frequency converters, smooth start devices, non-contact control systems for the power asynchronous electric drive of crane mechanisms. |
